Support “…one of America’s most adventurous and exciting ballet companies…" (Jim Svejda, KUSC) as we enter our 12th season. ACB is creating a future for ballet in the 21st century, and providing Los Angeles with its own unique and vital voice in this art.

You’ll be supporting a company that…

  • Performs exclusively to live music (an increasing rarity) and partners with some of the finest musicians in the city.
  • Has created a more intimate and exalted way to experience ballet by placing the audience up close on stage level and the performances in spectacular locations.
  • Is committed to adapting the full legacy of classical ballet to works which are relevant and entertaining.

What your donation does:

  • Provides the shoes they wear. The company will spend $50,000 dollars this year on pointe shoes, which will still provide only half the amount that the dancers actually need. Let’s get the dancers their shoes!
  • Provides the salaries which support our dancers.
  • Provides the funds to create new works, like The Rite and Sapphires, and perennial favorites like The Nutcracker Suite.
  • Makes sure ballet is still danced to live music!
  • Helps us provide the intimate performances LA loves.

This experience isn’t available anywhere else. It is truly one-of-a-kind. By supporting ACB, you can be proud that you are helping to produce a ballet experience that is worthy to represent Los Angeles, the creative capital of the world.
